I live in Kalaw, Myanmar, where I teach students, go for hikes, and run a small trekking operation. I am trying desperately to learn Burmese so I can have more substantial conversations than "How are you?" or "It is very hot today." That photo is from my Myanmar E-Visa application. I'm surprised the government keeps letting me in.
